I have no problem with people trading waiver priority, but I certainly won't be upset either way.
As long as no one person is able to acquire two (or more) players via waiver pool in any given week, I have no problem with whatever is decided.
To be clear, my vote is that trading waiver priority is ok.

What is the current waiver priority? First waiver priority starts in opposite order of the standings.

But does the last moves come into play? Don't we go to the bottom of the priority after a successful signing?
Norseman, Clubber and 2 Stroke all made a signing last so they are at the bottom prior was Jersey, Helmets, Crush (Rising), Icemen etc.
So unless I'm reading the rule "If a team, in any order of the priority list, sends the league a request to sign a free agent, and is successful, he shall then be sent to the bottom of the priority list" wrong, the current priority is:
Grinders Renegades Seadawgs Arctic Icemen Rising Green Helmets Jersey Norsemen Clubber 2-Stroke

But once you pick up someone, you drop to the bottom of the priority list.
